Her clients include senior executives, change agents, key opinion Leaders, operational managers, HR professionals and teams across Australia as well as in Malaysia, India and New Zealand. Lordien has specialist skills in performance coaching and in the design, development and facilitation of programs specifically around personal and cultural transformation, leadership, change management, communications, emotional Intelligence, and building high-performing teams.
She was part of a cultural transformation programme (Breakout) which has been cited by Harvard University professor John Kotter as a Global Best Practice cultural program – linking culture to bottom line results and performance through a principles based approach. |
